SGI-USA proposes an adaptive reuse of the building at 1212 7th Street to provide additional housing options to interested SGI-USA employees and/or their families. The project will entail the redevelopment of the building’s 7th Street façade and the conversion of the existing multi-purpose space to 5 dwelling units. The scope of the conversion will be contained within the existing building footprint and height.
